J'ai un problème quand je veux me connecter il me dit déconnecté
En donde puedo descargar el cliente ya que hay que tener suscripción para poderlo descargar desde el launcher oficial

INTRODUCCIÓN DEL REPACK
Hola Creadores
Aquí podrás descargar un Repack para WoW Cata Classic 4.4 con la revisión más reciente de TrinityCore junto a las cuatro base de datos auth, characters, hotfixes y world. Aquí te explicare todo paso por paso de como utilizar el repack!!
1. DESCARGA
WoW Repack TrinityCore - Cata Classic 4.4.0.57244 - TrinityCore rev. 1edac8ba5789+ 2024-10-27

Conecta a el MySQL con tu editor favorito de base de datos y ejecuta este código que va a crear las cuatro bases de datos necesarias auth, characters, hotfixes y world:
SQL:Necesitas, Acceder o Registrarse para ver el contenido.
Una vez creada las tres bases de dato, se debe de ejecutar los .sql que se encuentran dentro de la carpeta llamada Base de datos nuevas.
3. CONFIGURAR EL CORE
Una vez instalado y configurado MySQL con una contraseña, procedemos a configurar los siguientes dos archivos que se encuentran en la carpeta del core
-Abrimos el archivo bnetserver.conf con tu editor favorito y buscamos lo siguiente y cambiamos lo que esta en rojo por la contraseña creada al configurar MySQL:

-El otro archivo a configurar es worldserver.conf, buscamos lo siguiente y hacemos el mismo cambio que el archivo authserver.conf:

No se olviden de guardar los cambios.
4. CAMBIAR REAMLIST Y JUGAR LOCAL
Para cambiar el reamlist, necesitas editar el archivo Config.wtf lo puedes encontrar en carpeta del wow, en mi caso:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft\_retail_\WTF\Config.wtf"
Editas el archivo Config.wtf con tu editor de texto favorito, buscan SET portal "US" y lo cambian por SET portal "127.0.0.1"
OPCIONAL: Si quieres poner tu servidor online y que otros puedan entrar a tu server, les dejo dos guías:
5. EJECUTAR EL CORE
En la carpeta del core, ejecuta los dos siguientes archivos en el siguiente orden:
- bnetserver.exe (si es tu primera vez, te aparecerá un aviso de Windows pidiendo permiso, le das que si)
- worldserver.exe (este se tarda algunos segundos ya que aplicara automáticamente las actualizaciones en tu base de datos) al terminar, te pedira el mismo permiso que te salio para al ejecutar bnetserver.exe
6. CREAR CUENTA DESDE LA CONSOLA
En la consola worldserver escribe este código de ejemplo para crear una cuenta: bnetaccount create wowcreador@wowcreador 123456
7. HORA DE JUGAR
Abre el wow, y entras con los siguientes datos:
Nombre de cuenta: wowcreador@wowcreador
Contraseña: 123456
Es todo, enhorabuena! Lo haz logrado, no juegues tantas horas, descansa de vez en cuando

Sorry for the duplicate posting, but I have some problems with understand:
- Do I understand it right that I do not need to execute the extractor? (in this case, the server is probably up and running fine as it otherwise looks as in the Video for Dragonflight Repack)
- Why is the client Patch (Arcticum) required exactly?
- I can launch the Cata Classic Client via Lutris on Linux, however, I am not sure if I can use the patch on Linux (Server is on Windows VM). Is anyone playing this repack from Linux? I am currently a bit puzzled how to solve this. I cannot launch the original Client on the Windows VM.

We don’t share client downloads. The safest way is to install Cataclysm Classic through the official Blizzard launcher and make sure it’s fully updated to the 4.4.x build you’re using.
Yeah, 4.4.2 changed some of the folder/layout expectations, so the extractor may fail if it was built around 4.4.0/4.4.1 paths.
Quick checks: point it to the actual game root (the folder that contains Wow.exe and the Data folder), run the client once so it finishes creating folders, and verify/repair the install in the Blizzard launcher.
If it still doesn’t match, the current extractor is likely not updated for 4.4.2 yet, for now the workaround is using the supported 4.4.x client version for this repack, or waiting for the updated extractor build.
If the repack already includes maps/vmaps/mmaps (and DBC/DB2 data), you usually don’t need to run the extractor unless you’re rebuilding data or switching to a different client build. If those folders are missing or empty, you’ll need to extract.
The Arcticum client patch is required so the client can properly connect to the repack realm (and stay compatible with the server setup). Without it you’ll typically get login/realm issues or weird client behavior.
Linux is fine: the patch is client-side only. If it’s just files, copy them into your Cata Classic folder inside your Lutris/Wine prefix; if it’s an .exe patcher, run it with Wine. Your server being on a Windows VM doesn’t matter, you can play from Linux and connect to the VM as long as the IP/ports are reachable.
