gracias por el nuevo aporte, a mi no me salio virus, pero si me salio este problemas, de la guia en el Paso 6, ejecutando el worldserver.exe con este mensaje en el server.log

WARNING : If you are juste updating your server, don't delete the "Actualizaciones" folder just unzip my update and cut/past to your server folder and allow to overight the files, this way the futur updates will be easier to download because it smaller size.
WARNING 2: If you have made any modifications to the files bnetserver.conf and worldserver.conf, do not overwrite them with the files from the update pack.

if you have this, don't touch anithing.
Go to your 11_Auth database, go to Realmlist table and put "adress = 127.0.0.1" and "localAdress = 127.0.0.1"

If your server is in another computer in your home network :
Edit the file : \World of Warcraft\_retail_\WTF\Config.wtf
=> Search for : SET portal xxxxx and replace by : SET portal "IP adress of your server computer 192.168.x.xx"
Edit the file : bnetserver.conf, search for :
LoginREST.ExternalAddress= Your external ip adress, check https://www.whatismyip.com/

Go to your 11_Auth database, go to Realmlist table and put "adress = IP adress of your server computer 192.168.x.xx" and "localAdress = 127.0.0.1"

For those who are having issues with updates or are installing ther server for the first time :
* First Download and read my tutorial!
* Now here is the new Full Repack. It is up to date as of 02/08/2025.

FULL REPACK DOWNLOAD LINK

After this, install battlenet and download the Wow The War Within client.

Put arctium Launcher in the "Retail" directory, edit the WTF/config.wtf file and change: Search for: SET portal "US" and change to: SET portal "127.0.0.1" then launch wow with the Launcher.

Hola, buenas noches, llevo todo el día intentando solucionar este problema :c. Me gustaría poder obtener un poco de ayuda para poder solucionar esta pequeña complicación. El error se crea al momento de de ejecutar worldserver. Adjunto una imagen.

Ese error te aparece cuando no esta seleccionada la carpeta del repack, mi solucion fue modificar el archivo worldserver. config y buscas SourceDirectory = ""allí pegas la direccion del repack algo asi SourceDirectory = "C:\Users\tu-usuario\tu-carpeta\New_Repack_Full"

Lo siento bro, cometí un gran error en mis repack, sé dónde está tu problema.
Edita tu archivo: worldserver.conf va a la línea 216 búsca : SourceDirectory = " " y reemplácelo con: SourceDirectory = "./Actualizaciones/"

correcto, por fin anda actualizando la base de datos, y a disfrutar el repack free.
ya entre al servidor y eligiendo el personaje dragone vocador, la #1º quest se buguea , no termina.

y los demas razas voy probandolas disfrutando el juego , gracias por el repack., y con el cliente actual de blizzard.

Sí, aún quedan muchas cosas por corregir. No olvides que esta versión de The War Within está en pañales en cuanto a Trinitycore, pero si te quedas atascado en una quest puedes usar los comandos del GM: «quest add» y «quest complete».

Lo siento bro, cometí un gran error en mis repack, sé dónde está tu problema.
Edita tu archivo: worldserver.conf va a la línea 216 búsca : SourceDirectory = " " y reemplácelo con: SourceDirectory = "./Actualizaciones/"

si ya descargue pero lo mismo me da q no corre pero creo ya vi le problema es el contraseña y usuario de la mysql antes creo q pusiste user root contra trinity ..??¡?¡

sigue los pasos de su guia y levantaras sin problemas el repack, recuerda que debes usar por lo menos la version 8.0.40 de mysql con la contraseña que desees.
crear correctamente la base de datos con los querys, importar la base de datos de las carpetas 11_auth, 11_characters,
y modificar los archivos bnetserver.conf y worldserver.conf cambias la contraseña con la que colocaste en tu mysql,
y ejecutas el bnetserver y el world server esperas a que termine de actualzar todos los update,
nada mas... Descargas el launcher de battlenet de blizzard, descargas la ultima version de worldwarcraft
descargas el nuevo launcher lo pegas en la carpeta del juego, modificas el confg.wtf "portal 127.0.0.1 por tu ip o la dejas asi"
create una cuenta en la consola del repack worldserver con este comando:
.bnetaccount create warlock@wowcreator.com 123456
listo a conectarse y a probar el repack.

2 - Edit your Bnetserver.conf and Worldserver.conf files.

4 - View the configuration contents of your files.
Since my program isn't signed by Windows, it may be detected as a virus, but I guarantee that there's no risk: just exclude it in your antivirus software.

yesterday i'have installed the server, followed all recommended steps and it worked.
Today, when I've tried to connect, on the realm selection it says that the population is incompatible and I can't login anymore ) :
Anyone knows whats happening?
