Hello, community. I am using server build 7.3.5.
Faced with the fact that I need to be in a certain area and get a quest.
For example, there is a local quest https://www.wowhead.com/quest=42112/the-withered-return when I come to the area I should get the quest and fulfill it, but it does not happen. On the map local quest is displayed and generally working.

ps if I give it to myself through the command .quest add the quest is visible and I can do it

Mission 42112 is a world quest, you must complete the entire chain of missions in the area to get it

quest chain is done, I don't think that's the point
is there any way to do it through areatrigger?

Are you using a repack? If that's the case, there won't be any solution. you'll have to use GM commands for that quest (add, complete and reward)

The world quests, as far as I know, are a core feature that needs to be coded.
