This script registers an event with ID 17 and defines a function called "SendWorldAnnouncement" to be executed when the event is triggered.

Inside the "SendWorldAnnouncement" function, there is a condition to check if the event ID is 17. If that's the case, the function will broadcast a server-wide message, informing players that the Lich King has sent his forces to attack the people of Azeroth and that they should defend their cities.

Finally, the script checks if the event has already been registered to prevent registering it again if the script is executed multiple times.

Overall, this script is a great starting point for creating a world announcer system in your server, allowing you to alert players of important events in-game. However, you will need to modify it to include additional events as needed.
